Shipping policy

Hong Kong :

  • Shipping Fee: HK$30 for orders less than HK$500, Free Shipping for orders more than HK$500 ((Only applicable to non‑remote areas)
  • Delivery Days: 1 - 3 working days
  • Courier: S.F. Express
  • Delivery Options: Delivery to any SF store, SF locker, and eligible 7-11/OK Convenient Stores

• Additional surcharges for remote areas (including doorstep delivery, service points, and SF Lockers) are charged directly by SF Express.
If the delivery address is defined as a remote area by SF Express, the courier will collect the surcharge from the recipient upon delivery.
Our store cannot waive or cover this fee, and all charges follow the official announcements from SF Express.

Common examples of remote areas include:
Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, certain outlying islands, and remote village locations (actual classification is based on SF Express).

Pickup Policy
Customers will receive a pickup notification once their order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days from the date of the notification.

If you need more time, please contact us before the deadline. Each order may be extended once for an additional 14 days.

Due to limited storage space and the nature of scented products, orders cannot be held indefinitely. Orders that remain uncollected after 30 days from the pickup notification, without prior arrangement, will be considered abandoned. Such orders are non-refundable and may be cancelled, restocked, disposed of, or otherwise handled at our discretion.

Scented products may gradually lose fragrance over time. We recommend collecting your order as soon as possible for the best experience.

Macau:

  • Shipping Fee: HK$50 for orders less than HK$800, Free Shipping for orders more than HK$800
  • Delivery Days: 3 - 7 working days
  • Courier: S.F. Express
  • Delivery Options: Delivery to any SF store, SF locker, and eligible 7-11/OK Convenient Stores

Taiwan:

  • Shipping Fee: HK$150 for orders less than HK$1500
  • Delivery Days: 4 - 7 working days

Singapore:

  • Shipping Fee: HK$100 for orders less than HK$1000
  • Delivery Days: 3 - 4 working days

France, Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Germany:

  • Shipping Fee: HK$250 for orders less than HK$3000
  • Free Shipping: Orders over HK$3000 will qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery Days: 5 - 10working days

For international orders of HK$3,000 and above, we offer free shipping. For orders below HK$3,000, a shipping fee of HK$250 will be added at the checkout page for locations not included in the above list.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees set by your home country's government. These charges are not paid to us but are collected by your local postal carrier. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kindly check with your local customs office for further details.

Estimated Time of Arrival:
Your order should normally arrive within 1 to 15 working days after order confirmation, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Hong Kong public holidays. However, please note that delays may occur due to factors such as flight delays, local customs clearance, and other unexpected or uncontrollable causes. Some countries may also have specific import controls on certain products, which may result in delayed delivery to those destinations.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur. International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

Delivery will be suspended when a black rainstorm or typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted.
All orders shall be deemed completed once the order has been delivered and duly paid for.

In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision
