1. How long does the reed diffuser last?

50ml: approximately 2–4 weeks

100ml: approximately 4–8 weeks

Insert the included reeds into the diffuser bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance oil. The reeds may take up to 24 hours to fully absorb the oil and begin diffusing the scent evenly.

Actual usage time may vary depending on the environment, such as room temperature, humidity, airflow, and the number of reeds used. If the scent becomes lighter, you may add more reeds to enhance diffusion.
2. How many reeds should I use?
  • 1–2 reeds: suitable for spaces of around 100–200 sq ft
  • 2–3 reeds: suitable for spaces of around 300–400 sq ft
  • 4 reeds: suitable for spaces of 500 sq ft or more

You may adjust the number of reeds based on your preferred scent strength.
3. How often should I flip the reeds?

We recommend flipping the reeds every 2–3 days to maintain a consistent scent.

Flipping the reeds helps release more fragrance. If the reeds are left untouched for too long, the diffusion effect may gradually weaken.
4. Why does the scent become weaker?

A lighter scent may be caused by several factors, including reed saturation and strong airflow in the room.

Please note that the reeds may take up to 24 hours to fully absorb the fragrance oil and begin diffusing steadily.

We also recommend avoiding placement directly under air conditioning or near vents, as strong airflow may speed up evaporation and affect scent performance.
5. Will air conditioning or an exhaust fan affect the diffuser?

Yes. Air conditioning and constant airflow can speed up evaporation, which may cause the fragrance oil to diffuse faster and shorten the product’s usage time.
6. Is it suitable for large spaces?

For larger spaces, we recommend using the 100ml diffuser with more reeds for better scent diffusion.
7. Is a refill available?

At the moment, refills are not available.
8. Do I need to replace the reeds?

We recommend replacing the reeds whenever you change to a new scent.

If the reeds have been used for a long time and the diffusion effect becomes noticeably weaker, replacing them may also help.
9. What can I do if the scent is too strong?

You can reduce the number of reeds to create a lighter, more subtle scent.
10. What can I do if the scent is too weak?

You can increase the number of reeds or flip the reeds to make the scent stronger.
11. Can I place it under direct sunlight?

We do not recommend placing the diffuser in direct sunlight, as this may speed up evaporation and affect performance.

Please keep the diffuser in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
12. What is the shelf life?

For best performance, we recommend using unopened products within 9–12 months.
13. Is it suitable for pregnant women or homes with pets?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or living with pets, we recommend using fragrance products in a well-ventilated area and monitoring for any sensitivity or discomfort.

For homes with pets, please ensure the space is well ventilated and avoid use in enclosed areas. You may wish to start with shorter periods of use and observe your pet’s reaction.

14. Why is the scent strong at first and then becomes lighter?

It is normal for the fragrance to seem stronger at the beginning, as evaporation may be faster during the initial stage. After that, the diffuser usually settles into a more stable and even release.

Also, when you stay in the same scented environment for a long time, your sense of smell may gradually adapt, making the fragrance seem lighter even though it is still present.

If needed, you can increase the number of reeds or flip them regularly to refresh the scent.
