What is a wax melt?

A flameless way tofill your space with scent.
Place the wax melt directly in the upper dish of an aroma burner and gently warm it with a tealight candle. As the wax melts, the natural essential oil fragrance is gradually released—without water and without directly burning the wax.

“More direct than an essential oil diffuser.
Easier to change than a reed diffuser.”

Double Maturation

A beautiful fragrance should offer more than one powerful first impression

Our double-maturation process allows the opening notes, heart notes and woody finish to unfold with greater balance and depth.

  • 01

Essential oils matured for at least two months

Floral, citrus, herbal and woody essential oils are carefully blended and left to mature, allowing the fragrance to become smoother and more harmonious.

  • 02

A dedicated wax formula for every fragrance

Each scent is paired with a considered blend of plant-based waxes, such as soy, coconut, beeswax or apricot wax, according to its individual fragrance character.

  • 03

    Low-temperature blending and further maturation

The matured essential-oil blend is gently combined with its dedicated wax formula, helping the fragrance unfold more evenly when warmed.

The wax melt and warmer were designed to work beautifully together.

Created in collaboration with artisans from Shigaraki, one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns, the warmer was refined over two years. Its height, ceramic thickness, ventilation openings and heating distance were carefully adjusted to warm each melt evenly and carry fragrance throughout a wider space.

Natural air-convection design:

Helps fragrance circulate gently throughout the room.

Even and stable heating:

Reduces concentrated heat and allows the fragrance to release more consistently.

FAQs

1.How do I use wax melts?

wax melts should be used with an aroma burner or wax warmer. Place a tea light candle in the lower compartment of the burner, then place the wax melt in the dish above. Once the tea light is lit, the wax melt will slowly melt and release its fragrance.

2.How much wax should I use each time?

It is generally recommended to use 1 wax melt each time. Each piece is portioned for typical aroma burners. Using too many at once may affect heating performance and the overall experience.

3. How long does each wax melt last?

Each wax melt weighs approximately 11g -13g and generally lasts about 2 to 3 hours. Actual usage time may vary depending on room temperature, space size, ventilation, and personal sensitivity to fragrance strength.

4. Can I use one wax melt over multiple sessions?

Yes. Wax melts can be used over multiple sessions as needed. After each use, simply extinguish the tea light and allow the wax to solidify again. It can then be reheated and used next time.

5. Will the wax solidify again after melting?

Yes. The wax melt will liquefy when heated, and once the tea light is extinguished and the temperature drops, the wax will naturally solidify again. This is completely normal and will not affect future use.

6. How can I tell when a wax melt is finished?

When the fragrance becomes noticeably weaker or disappears completely, it means most of the essential oil has evaporated. Even if liquid or solid wax remains, the melt can be considered used up.

7. Why is there still wax left even though there is no scent?

The wax mainly acts as a carrier for the fragrance. The wax itself does not evaporate during use; instead, the essential oils gradually evaporate as it is heated. So even if wax remains visible, if the scent has clearly weakened or disappeared, the wax melt is essentially finished.

8. How many times can a wax melt be reheated?

A wax melt can be reheated and reused until the scent becomes noticeably weaker or disappears. The number of uses will vary depending on how long it is heated each time, as well as the environment and usage method.

9. Are wax melts suitable for all aroma burners?

They are generally suitable for most aroma burners that are heated with a tea light candle. Before use, it is recommended to ensure that the dish capacity is appropriate and that the burner is stable and heat-resistant.

10. Can I mix different scents together?

Yes. You can mix different scented wax melts according to your personal preference to create a richer, layered fragrance. However, the resulting scent will vary depending on the combination, so it is recommended to start with a small amount to find blends you enjoy.

11. Do I need to clean the burner before changing to another scent?

If you would like to enjoy the next scent more clearly, it is recommended to clean out any remaining wax before switching, to avoid scents affecting one another. However, if you wish to blend scents, you can simply add another wax melt directly.

12. How should I clean scented wax melts?

It is recommended to absorb the wax with a paper towel while it is still in liquid form, then dispose of it in the trash. Do not pour wax into the toilet, sink, or drain, as it may solidify and cause blockages.

13. How should I dispose of wax after the fragrance is gone?

Once the fragrance has fully evaporated, the remaining wax can be disposed of as general waste. Some customers also choose to pour the unscented leftover wax into a suitable small container, add a wick, and remake it into a small candle.

14. What is the shelf life of unopened scented wax melts?

When unopened, scented wax melts have a shelf life of 9 months.

15. How should I store them after opening?

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to help maintain the fragrance and product condition.

16. Should I use them soon after opening?

For the best fragrance experience, it is recommended to use them as soon as possible after opening. If not used immediately, store them properly and avoid prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight.

17. Can the strength of the scent vary depending on the environment?

Yes. Fragrance strength can be affected by various factors, including ambient temperature, room size, ventilation, and individual sensitivity to scent. Therefore, the fragrance performance may differ in different environments.

18. Are there any precautions when using scented wax melts?

When using, place the aroma burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Good ventilation is recommended during use, and tea light candles should not be left burning unattended.

19. Why does the scent sometimes fade more quickly?

The duration of the fragrance can be affected by how long it is heated, indoor ventilation, room size, and ambient temperature. In larger spaces or areas with stronger airflow, the scent may fade more quickly. This is normal.

20. Are scented wax melts suitable for everyday use?

Yes. When used as recommended, scented wax melts are suitable for everyday home fragrance use. You can choose different scents and usage methods depending on the time, space, and your personal preference.
