We offer free shipping for international orders of HK$2,000 and above. For orders below HK$2,000 , a shipping fee of HK$250 will be added at the checkout page for the location not including above list.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to us nor are they set by Ignite Candle rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import /export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL 
Your order should normally arrive within 1 to 15 working days after order confirmation (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays ). However, we are not liable for any delays in the delivery of the merchandises due to flight delay, local customs clearance and other unexpected/ uncontrollable causes. Some countries may also have individual merchandise import controls on specific products therefore parcels going to these countries may subject to delay.
