Each product and each logo version is calculated independently. If the required quantity is less than 100 pieces, it must still be arranged according to the minimum production quantity of 100 pieces.

Production Process

    Submit Your Requirements

    Provide the product, quantity, event date, fragrance choice and your logo file in AI, PDF or SVG format.

    Quotation and Payment

    Confirm the formal quotation and pay the sample fee, or pay a 50% deposit for the bulk order.

    Digital Mock-up

    A digital mock-up showing the logo placement and packaging design will be provided within approximately 2–3 working days.

    Physical Sample

    If required, the physical sample will be completed and delivered to Hong Kong within approximately 10–14 working days.
  • 5

    Bulk Production

    Mass production will begin after written approval of the final design and will take approximately 20–25 working days.
  • 6

    Quality Control and Delivery

    Receiving, quality inspection and packing in Hong Kong will take approximately 2–3 working days.

Payment Terms

    Confirm Order

    Upon signing the quotation and paying the 50% deposit, arrangements will be made for digital renderings, material procurement, and production.

    Delivery arrangements

    Photos will be provided for confirmation once the bulk production is complete. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipment.
