    Handmade wooden box; wood grain and colour will vary slightly from batch to batch.

Matcha bowl (approx.): diameter 11 cm, height 9 cm
Hand-thrown and fired by Japanese artisans. Slight variations in size, thickness and glaze are natural characteristics of the piece.

Scent & Atmosphere

Inspired by a traditional Kyoto tearoom. Through scent, we hope to recreate the feeling of sitting on tatami, quietly enjoying tea in clear, tranquil air with a gentle tea aroma. The fragrance is clean, subtle, and low in presence, close to the natural “temperature” of everyday air.

Kyoto Uji Matcha

Most matcha on the market tends to be strongly bitter or very heavy in tea flavour.
This Kyoto Uji matcha uses tender leaves from small-batch tea gardens, crafted to a grade ideal for daily drinking and pairing with desserts.

The first sip is a gentle bitterness, followed by soft umami and sweetness. Overall it is clean, smooth and easy to drink, without harshness on the throat.

  • Origin: Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan
  • Flavour: delicate bitterness with deep umami; round and smooth on the palate, without pronounced astringency
  • Style: suitable for those who enjoy a softer, milder style of matcha; well-balanced both on its own and in desserts
  • Appearance: light, fresh green colour; fine powder texture that whisks easily into a smooth, velvety foam

Molten Matcha Mooncake

In collaboration with Hong Kong artisanal bakery brand Endorphins, we use premium small-batch Kyoto Uji matcha from niche brand “Tobi En”. Our team visited Japan in person to select the tea and discuss milling techniques with the producer, then air-freighted the raw material back to Hong Kong.

Each mooncake is a handmade molten matcha mooncake (approx. 50 g, individually wrapped).
They are dispatched frozen; they may be at room temperature upon collection. After opening, please refrigerate and follow the heating instructions provided inside the package before serving.

Storage Recommendations

Mooncakes: Refrigerate immediately upon receipt and consume before the date indicated on the packaging.
Tea: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Reed Diffuser: Keep upright and away from heat sources or open flames.

This is pre-order only; there may be no ready-stock sale. This product is freshly handmade to order. Printing and baking will be arranged according to the orders to accurately control quantity and avoid waste.

・Shipping / Baking Dates (two batches):

First batch: Baked from 5–7 September 2026; shipping starts from 6 September / in-store pickup available from 6 September

Second batch: Baked from 16–18 September 2026; shipping starts from 17 September / in-store pickup available from 17 September

・In-store Pickup Period:

First batch orders: 6 September 2026 to 10 September 2026

Second batch orders: 17 September 2026 to 23 September 2026

(Please pick up your order at the store within the pickup period of your chosen batch. We will keep it refrigerated in the store until the pickup date.)

・Storage and Best-Before Period:

  • This product contains no preservatives and must be kept refrigerated.
  • After pickup, please place it in the refrigerator (0–4°C) on the same day. Avoid leaving it in high temperatures or direct sunlight for a long time.
  • For best taste, consume within 14 days after pickup; we do not recommend keeping it for more than 3 weeks.
