    Matcha Lava Mooncake

    Created in collaboration with Hong Kong artisanal bakery brand Endorphins, using high‑quality small‑batch Kyoto Uji matcha from niche producer “Tobi En”. Our team travelled to Japan to select the tea in person and discuss milling techniques with the producer, then air‑freighted the raw leaves back to Hong Kong.

    Each piece is a handmade molten matcha mooncake (approx. 50 g, individually wrapped).
    Shipped frozen; the mooncake may be at room temperature upon collection. After opening, please refrigerate and follow the heating instructions on the card inside before serving.

    Storage Recommendations

    Mooncakes: Refrigerate immediately upon receipt and consume before the date indicated on the packaging.
    Tea: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
    Reed Diffuser: Keep upright and away from heat sources or open flames.

    This is pre-order only; there may be no ready-stock sale. This product is freshly handmade to order. Printing and baking will be arranged according to the orders to accurately control quantity and avoid waste.

    ・Shipping / Baking Dates (two batches):

    First batch: Baked from 5–7 September 2026; shipping starts from 6 September / in-store pickup available from 6 September

    Second batch: Baked from 16–18 September 2026; shipping starts from 17 September / in-store pickup available from 17 September

    ・In-store Pickup Period:

    First batch orders: 6 September 2026 to 10 September 2026

    Second batch orders: 17 September 2026 to 23 September 2026

    (Please pick up your order at the store within the pickup period of your chosen batch. We will keep it refrigerated in the store until the pickup date.)

    ・Storage and Best-Before Period:

    • This product contains no preservatives and must be kept refrigerated.
    • After pickup, please place it in the refrigerator (0–4°C) on the same day. Avoid leaving it in high temperatures or direct sunlight for a long time.
    • For best taste, consume within 14 days after pickup; we do not recommend keeping it for more than 3 weeks.
